Canalside Homes for Sale from 700k upwards
Hello and welcome to this week's canalside homes list! Just a quick update: as 'Canalside Homes' is without doubt the main theme of my website, I have rearranged the front page of the site and a few things on the menu to suit the vast majority of my audience. I will also be updating the domain name to canalsidehomes.uk this weekend. Rest assured, it's still me. You'll see that there is a new category on the menu for everything which isn't related directly to canalside homes. I've called it 'Brain dump' as that's basically what it is! If you enjoy my family history content, you might like my brand my new YouTube channel, Family History Mysteries - there's only one video so far, but I have great plans for it, including plenty of canal-related videos!
If you're a paying member, you can see all 49 canalside properties for sale in this update by logging into the website. There seem to be a lot of reductions this week! As there weren't quite so many new ones this week, I did a trawls through the flats too, but I didn't find any interesting ones outside of London.
NEW means that the property was either launched or relaunched during the last four weeks. It may be completely new to the market, the agent may have changed, the property may be back after a break in marketing, or a sale may have fallen through. If I can identify the reason, I will include it. REDUCED refers to price changes during the four weeks before publication.
