I have now made properties in the above categories FREE to view! This will be particularly useful if you are thinking of subscribing, and you want to get a concept of what the property pages look like before you take the plunge. I hope you find it helpful. As before, properties which are currently available for sale can only be seen by logged-in paying members who have an active monthly subscription.

Under Offer, Sold, or Withdrawn - Canalside Homes
An archive of canalside properties previously listed. Prices shown are generally the last advertised prices, not the final sale price.
These property listings remain on the website indefinitely (unless I am asked to remove them). As you will see, they contain:
- a main photo (borrowed from the agent in good faith),
- the full address,
- the key marketing information (when listed, initial price and reductions, agent changes, relaunches etc),
- sometimes a Streetview image to help with context,
- sometimes a historical map,
- The "Canal aspect" - a paragraph of editorial giving my personal opinions on the property, e.g. how it sits in relation to the canal, any mooring potential, and any flood risk. (You should always check these details with a professional).
- Finally, a preview and link to the agent's Rightmove listing.
