Website Status
My daily task is to look for anything new, check for sold properties and price changes, and try to hang onto my 5 day maximum rotation - so far so good!
Here's the latest tally - 5th September 2025.
321 Properties
204 listed individually plus 117 still in digest lists:
- £301 to £400k - 32
- £401 to £500k - 32
- £501k to £600k - 28
- £601k to £700k - 13
- over £1m - 12
These digests will stay online until all the properties have been added individually. I will chip away at them bit by bit.
What's happening in the market?
The market has definitely slowed down lately, which is helping me to catch up, although I'm nervous that there may be a 'back to school' surge!
Using the website
- You can browse property in price bands!
- General public and free newsletter subscribers can only view Public posts.
- Paying subscribers need to log in to unlock the posts. No password is required - just click Sign in or Account and follow the simple instructions.
- Make sure to check the website for property updates, including relaunches and price changes - I don't email these out.
Too many emails?
I only email out new properties. If it's too much:
- You have the option to unsubscribe from emails (whilst retaining full access to the website). You can easily re-subscribe later.
- Or you could set up your emails to funnel all Canalside Homes posts into their own folder and look at them when you're in the mood!
Subscribing to a sub-list
Whilst this is now technically possible, I am concentrating on getting all the properties listed individually. I hope to look at this feature later.
